Screening, alerts and institutional position history are built on SEC data, which is a public record. You are paying for the work of collecting and comparing it, not for the data.
It is handed the same figures you can see and asked to say what they indicate — nothing more. It cannot fetch data of its own, does not forecast prices and does not recommend anything. The numbers above it remain the record.
